Privacy Policy

Clean Pool is a small, independent app made by one pool owner. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it. We do not sell your data or run ads.

What we collect

• Your account: the email address you sign in with.
• Your pool data: the water tests, settings, chemical doses, and maintenance notes you enter.
• Basic, privacy-friendly analytics: aggregate page views via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not fingerprint you.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles your payment details and applicable taxes under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your full card number.

Where your data lives

Your account and pool data are stored in our database (Supabase, hosted in the United States). Each account’s data is isolated at the database level so no other user can read it.

How we use it

Only to run the app for you: to show your history and trends, calculate recommendations, send the test reminders and account emails you opt into, and provide support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.

Your control

• Export: download your data as PDF or CSV, or a full backup, anytime from the app.
• Delete: email us to delete your account and all associated data.
